THE INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS DIPLOMACY AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
The Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM) is a Professional Body established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 (RC: 1435268), with the approval of the Federal Ministry of Education. The IBDFM is aimed at building a crop of business diplomacy and financial management professionals drawn from the Social and Management Sciences such as Finance, Accounting, Management (Business Management/Administration/Education) and Economics. The Institute which is on the verge of becoming CHARTERED is a not-for-profit organization with Professional Members in Nigeria and Abroad.

OUR OBJECTIVES
- To raise a new breed of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management Professionals interested in management, banking, insurance, taxation, investments, economics, financial planning, corporate finance, estate planning, asset management, risk assessment, corporate governance, anti-money laundering, market and financial analysis through professional training and membership.
- To create and offer unique opportunities for business executives and leaders, managers, researchers, faculty, and corporate decision-makers to connect and collaborate, spark new conversations, and launch exciting ideas that create real and lasting impact through local and international conferences and workshops.
- To bring together a global network of professional managers, corporate decision-makers, researchers, faculty and students to develop practical tools for today’s most pressing business challenges.
- To connect business leaders with world-class management scholars and practitioners to explore strategies that allow firms to survive, compete and thrive.
- To provide research and consultancy services in the fields of business diplomacy and financial management to Institutions, Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and the Organized Private Sector (OPS).
