The Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM) is a Professional Body approved and licensed by the Federal Government of Nigeria. It was established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990 (RC: 1435268), with the approval of the Federal Ministry of Education and the consent of the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice.

Dr. Gado Shehu mni is a Proud Member of the Prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos, Plateau State. He is a Pioneer Fellow of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) among other Fellowships too numerous to mention.
